kb77 reserves the right to verify the identity of any Account holder at any time. As part of our KYC process, we may request government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended and balances held pending resolution.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. kb77 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
All transactions on the kb77 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). kb77 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. kb77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
kb77 targets GCash withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval for verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, kb77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. However, kb77 reserves the right to void any game round affected by a technical error and refund the wager placed for that round. kb77 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Game results are final once confirmed by the Platform's system. kb77 does not accept disputes regarding game outcomes after a session has been closed, except in cases of demonstrable technical error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kb77 Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
kb77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold any balance pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where required by law.
All content on the kb77 Platform — including but not limited to the kb77 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of kb77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of kb77.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kb77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
kb77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
kb77 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
kb77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination of your Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and deduction of any applicable fees.
You may request voluntary closure of your Account at any time by contacting kb77 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the kb77 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent kb77 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
kb77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, kb77 will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the kb77 Platform after any amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11.
